Can I use a different shipping address?
You can have your order delivered to an alternative address, by adding another address in your account and select it during the ordering process.

 

What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs within the Netherlands are for free when spending over 49 Euros. Orders that are less than 49 Euros will be charged up to €6,95 delivery costs for The Netherlands. For an overview of the internationally delivery costs, please click here.

Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
Currently we are able to deliver in the following countries (click here for an overview).

When can I expect my order?
When you order, your items will be shipped the within 3 working days (for The Netherlands). In case our delivery time is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered (depends on the delivery address). Click here for an complete overview of our international delivery timings.

Who is shipping the delivery?

I most cases we use Post.nl as courier, although in some cases we use DHL. In some cases, items will be send directly form manufacturer and/or partner. In this case it is clearly noted at the product information.

I haven't received my order.

Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address you’ve registered when ordering. However, it's possible that your order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with your local delivery service. In that case, we'll personally inform you right away but we can’t be held responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

I've received a wrong item or a defected item.
In case you've received a wrong item or a defected item, the return or exchange of the item will be completely at our expense. Please follow the usual procedure of returning or exchanging an item. Indicate which item(s) you've received incorrectly or with a defect and which item you still wish to receive.

RETURN POLICY UPDATE

Returns have become a normal thing in today's online shopping, but from a sustainable point of view something we all should try to avoid. We would love to stay away from the ongoing flow of purchases and returns.  So please read all descriptions and check the specs. carefully to ensure that you will be satisfied with your (vintage) item.

Some items cannot be returned. This goes for personalized & vintage items. If this is the.case it is stated in the article description.

 

For the other items; If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days after you've received it.

Please note that:

  • In order to return or exchange an item you need to send us an email to info@denim-days.com with your order details & reason of return. In our reply we will send you the return address.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are yours.

  • Every item needs to be in the same unworn (by you) and original condition as received and must include all original tags.

 

Preparing your return shipment:  

  • Place the item(s) in a sturdy shipping box/bag and make sure it's securely taped shut.

  • Label the box/bag with the return shipping address (we send this by email)

  • Drop the package off at a trusted shipping carrier. Make sure you include a tracking service so the package can always be traced, this to prevent loss.

 

We strive to return your payment or item(s) within 14 days after we have received your item(s). You will get a notification once your return is being processed. We credit the amount to your account through the original payment method.
