A home for the raw denim and heritage wear community
Denim is about the clothes, but it has always been about the community around them too.
Being part of the Denim Days community; we’re taking a closer look at DENIMHEAD.
A platform created for people who wear, collect, repair, fade and obsess over raw denim and heritage wear.
Because a good pair of jeans is never really finished.
The first wear is only the beginning. Creases appear, indigo starts to shift, repairs become part of the story. Over time, a garment becomes less about how it looked when it left the factory and more about the life it has lived.
That idea is at the heart of DENIMHEAD: part digital wardrobe, part archive and part community.
Keeping track of the journey
Its Digital Wardrobe lets you document your jeans, jackets, boots, belts, wallets and other favourites, including photos, measurements, fit pics and purchase details. You can record wears, washes, repairs and soaks, building a living history of each garment as it changes.
The Fade Gauge helps track that journey, while the community feed lets you share your fades, discover brands and connect with other Denimheads. With more than 220 brands and 3,100 models already on the platform, there is plenty to explore.
And it goes beyond your own wardrobe. The Locator helps you find the brands, retailers, repairers and specialists keeping denim culture alive.
The Marketplace allows garments to find their next owner, with their wear, wash and repair history travelling with them.
Brands, retailers and repairers can also create their own Brand Space.
DENIMHEAD continues to grow, with new partners, brands, repairers and languages being added, in ten languages so far.
One of the latest community initiatives is the DENIMHEAD FAST FADES Pop-Up Competition, running from 1 October to 31 December 2026, celebrating pre-worn jeans with at least a year of wear.
At its heart, DENIMHEAD is about sharing the journey of the clothes we live in. Because denim doesn't just age, ...it becomes yours.
The bigger idea behind DENIMHEAD is to build a global archive of fades, capturing how denim changes through years of wear, washes and everyday life. A way to see how a particular pair might look after two or five years, or how a washed pair compares to one that has never touched water.
Every pair tells a different story. By adding yours, you help build the bigger picture.
