Stitched Stories in Indigo
Some brands are born out of trends. Others out of necessity. This one started with a challenge from a local tailor in 2019:“Why not just throw those jeans away instead of repairing them again?”

Instead of tossing them aside, the founder David Taylor, chose to stitch them back together, because some garments hold stories too powerful to discard. That decision became the foundation of a craft built on repair, renewal, and respect for the life woven into denim. Vintage pieces in optima forma.

Through social media, the brand discovered the Japanese traditions of Sashiko and Boro, techniques of visible mending that don’t hide flaws but transform them into beauty. These methods became central to the work; celebrating wear, highlighting imperfection, and giving each garment a unique new chapter.

When the pandemic forced a pause on the vintage business, repair took center stage. Customers gravitated to the hand-stitched textures and the honesty in every pattern. What began as a side practice evolved into a defining signature.

Today, the brand focuses on commissioned pieces, garments brought in by people who want to repair, reinforce, and extend the life of what they love most. Beyond commissions, there’s a constant hunt for vintage denim, each piece carefully rescued and restored for its next chapter with a new owner. Every repair is hand-stitched, slow and deliberate, crafted with intention; a fusion of sustainability, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Every stitch is made by hand. Every patch carries intention. This isn’t fast fashion; it’s slow, deliberate craftsmanship where sustainability meets storytelling.
More than a collection, it’s a philosophy: honor history, preserve memory, and celebrate imperfection. What could have been discarded becomes rare, durable, and deeply personal.
